Guess who gets to work at 3:30 tomorrow morning? Yeah, me. I tried to stay up all night last night to ensure I sleep this afternoon/evening buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut apparently I'm getting too old for that shit and ended up sleeping for a couple hours. I could just pass out right now but I refuse to sleep until after dinner.

For work tomorrow, we get to wear Xmas t-shirts to commemorate the holiday shopping chaos. My shirt says, "Save Santa a trip. Be naughty", although I wish it said, "What would Jesus buy?".

Anyway, I hope everyone has a great dinner and if you're going to partake in Black Friday shopping tomorrow, don't get eaten alive by the crowds.

I'm watching my friend Jenn's rats for a couple days. From what I understand some shit went down where she used to live and she got the boot. She's moved back in with her folks for a bit but I guess she can't keep her rats. Since I already have too many I couldn't take her 3 permanently, so on Wednesday they will be taken down to Oregon (lucky rats) to live with another friend of ours. My kids have been pretty interested in them although one of her doesn't seem to appreciate their curiosity.

In other news I'm totally addicted to Chester 5000 XYV. I check it way too many times a day, but I want to know what happens next, lol.

No, I am NOT pregnant and no, I've NEVER had children. What the fuck kind of question is that? I don't even ask obviously pregnant women if they or pregnant or when they are due. Just because someone has a slight belly doesn't mean there's an embryo in there. I'm fucking bottom heavy and there's not much I can do about it. No matter how much I exercise or how much rabbit food I consume I will always have big hips, thighs, and a pot belly. The next time you ask me if I'm pregnant I will simply reply, "no, but apparently I'm a fat ass" just to watch you squirm.

Yeah, I know. I say it alot and nothing ever happens, but damn it, I really need a change. I'm going to see if I'm eligable to transfer and take a shot at Astoria. I want to get my passport and do some traveling. I want to get these damn blackheads out of my forehead. >:P I want to get all my debts paid off and not have to worry about them anymore. I want to be self-sufficient for once in my life.

I was flipping through my Native American cookbook and stumbled on a recipe for brains.

Sauteed Brains

2 eggs
2 Tbs corn meal
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 1/2 lbs calves' brains, chopped
3 Tbs cooking oil or bacon drippings

1. Beat the eggs with the corn meal, salt, and pepper until light. Add the brains and mix in very well.

2. Heat the oil or drippings in a large heavy skillet, add the brains, and cook, stirring, for 10 mins. Serve hot.

Serves 4.
